Kilkenny Plays Host for Eighth Year

Plans are firming up for Rás na mBan 2024 with Ireland’s international stage cycle race set to run over five days from September 4th to 8th next.

With multiple venue meetings and site recces continuing apace race organisers are fine-tuning detail route preparation for the 18 th edition of an event which has over the years featured World and Olympic champions.

An international event of heritage and stature, Rás na mBan plays host to national teams, UCI teams and club teams from all over the world, as well as the best of
Ireland’s home-grown talent.

The race will be based for an eighth consecutive edition in the picturesque medieval city of Kilkenny, with a variety of challenges presented to the riders as they explore Kilkenny and surrounding counties throughout the week.
